OK. Please don't say that I'm too young to be having a boyfriend, but I'm 11 years old and I want a boyfriend. I had one, but he just wasn't funny enough, and if you've read my previous question, you'll know that I LOVE funny boys. Anyways we broke up and now I have a crush on a boy named Randall. One day my friend told Randall that I like him and he said "Ewww" but I don't know if he's serious or not becuase he says ewww alot. Whether he was serious or not, I don't like him that much anymore. I'm really not sure who I like, but I want a boyfriend. I just want someone to share my school year with besides my friends. So my question is: How can I make Randall (or really anybody) like me, while not looking and acting too clingy? I have a BAD habit of acting too clingy.
P.S. Clingy means being all over him and craving for attention.

Just be your self. Do not give them a lot of attention boys like it when girl flirt with them. A smile here and a smile there. Ask Randall what did he really mean by the Eww comment that way you will know if he likes you are not. Just give it time do not rush into getting a boyfriend you do not wanna end up with one who will try to get you to do other things that you donot want to do ,or with one who will talk about you to his freinds or spread rumors about you just sit back observe the boys and their actions one will approach you one day.

Just get a hobby. Like stamp collecting or whatever 11 year old girls do. Do something interesting. When you do interesting things, you become interesting. When you are interesting people will like you. Become an expert about something (besides computers). Like ants. Or stamps. Or stars. Or even rainbows and little kid things.
Just be a kid.
Being a kid is awesome.
Everyone who is not a kid wishes they were still a kid.
Your question makes me a little sad because having a boyfriend is for oder people. It is the first step toward finding a mate and building a family. You have zero need to do that stuff. Just be a little kid.
Learn the trumpet or guitar. Or Spanish.
Boys are icky and they only lead to trouble. Ickky dookee yuckyy.

Why are you in such a hurry to have a boyfriend, Jasmyne? Anyway, you can't MAKE anyone like you. The best way to get people to notice you and like you for who you are is to "be yourself." Be who you are...don't try to change yourself to please someone else. Have you every talked to somebody (like your mom or a family member) about why you are clingy? You're at a really fun time in your life. Don't be in a hurry to grow up too fast. You never get the opportunity to go back in time. Enjoy yourself and find an adult that you trust to talk about some of these things.

Well, first off, don't hate a guy because he isn't funny enough or says ewww... thats silly...
Second, not that I think you are too young, but once you start dating, your school will be even harder...
I suggest you find a guy that has hit puberty and likes women instead of saying eww to them. Don't date 7-8 year olds... and don't date anyone above 12 years... if you go that route, you will have other problems involved with being older.
Enjoy your childhood, don't spend it dating guys, you have your whole life to do that.

Unfortunately 11 year old boys usually aren't ready for a girlfried which means you may have to look for a 12 or 13 year old boy to have as a "boyfriend". Why can't you just be happy with your friends and have funny boys as friends? You have the rest of your life to worry about boys.... Stay home and read a book!

my name is bruklyn and guess what I have a boyfriend and I am only 9.his name is mic he is soooooooooooo cute and funny but anyways back to you.The way I got mics attention is that I really didn't anything.He told me that he could see it in my eyes that I liked him and guess what we have been together for 3 years and its still goin on.so basicly don't do anything because that what a boy wants u to do and so by not saying alot to him and not looking at him and paying ANY attention to him he will come to u and plus the boy is the one who is supposed to ask you out.please talk my advise I might be 9 but I am pretty smart.
