It`s much like keeping a wild bird caged because u love it and want it with u, but because u love it, u open the door and let it go.In ur heart u know that will make it happy. Loving someone is very much the same, u want to do for them whatever makes them happy without putting ur feelings first. It`s feeling safe and secure in their presence. It`s knowing u can lean on one another in good times and bad. It`a a feeling of oneness, 2 bodies,2 minds that just seem to click together as one. U cannot see the future without the other person not being a part of it. That's love.

When you feel that there is no one you would rather be with, you have a physical attraction, you admire the person and have the same values, like the same life style and the person you are with makes you feel loved and admired in return. You will argue, but no fighting, verbal abuse, not hurting each other and wanting the best for the other person as well as yourself. Also, there may be small things that get oneach others nerves, but not enough to make an issue, because you care for this person and small things are unimportant.

That is a darned good question! I think that there are many kinds of love... First you start off being attracted to someone maybe it's chemical or maybe because you know they are awesome. Some people feel like they are "in love" with a person based on how that person makes them feel and treats them. Sometimes love is a decision... to stay with and take care of another even when times are tough and their breath stinks (which is usually ALL the time ;-)

If after many years of being together, you can look at him sitting across the room and not want to swing a frying pan at his face, you're in love.
It usually takes a while to define a new relationship as love though since you go through many other stages that are mistaken for love such as infatuation, lust, etc....

What make all people different? We all have different looks and personalities. What do we all have in common? Same human emotions. So how would they tell if they're in love? Same way as you and I would.

if you are in love you would know it. its not something that happens everyday, there are so many things you could say to explain it, too much to type, but its someone who you can trust with anything and you know they will allways be there for you, and you could fee like you could never let go.

well, i'm 33 if that is 'old' enough...i fell in love with my wife a long time ago...she compliments me (and i don't mean she tells me nice things) in every facet of my life. we share the same type of personality, humor, life goals, interests, and she is beautiful, smart, and witty too...she is the total package...she makes my world go around.

You don't have to wonder, you have no doubts, you count your lucky stars, and when they are gone you know you will love them to your grave and beyond if there is one.
