Set up the room w/ plenty of candles and flowers (assuming that she is not allergic to them) while playing her favorite romantic or slow song. Sit her down on the sofa and feed her favorite chocolates or dessert. Tell her how you feel about her and the future. Everyone should come out of hiding. You get down on your knee. With a boutquet of her favorite flowers, propose to her!
