ive noticed there are similar questions on here concerning this with all ignorant answers though...."eat more food" is not a reasonable answer i would like specifics please and maybe a website with more info so i can set a diet plan or figure out exactly what to eat....and i am scared of throwing up so even feeling to full bothers me thank you

increase calorie count......pastas, potatoes, bread and rice have lots of carbs and calories, both of which make you gain weight...also work out because muscle weighs more than fat

First you should write down everything you eat in a week, and try to figure out how many calories you are eating on average in one day. Try adding maybe 500 more to that number by eating more foods that have more calories. You don't necessarily need to eat more, or even stop exercising. If that doesn't work, just ignore it some people are meant to be skinny.

I won't tell u to eat more,, I'll tell u increase your calorie intake,, For instance I am planning to lose some lbs and the doctor told me to reduce my daily calories to 1200 only and I'll be starting loosing weight.. You have to do the opposite, you'll have to check how many calories you need every day normally... then add another 500 to that... you will start loosing weight gradually,, check the site hat I mentioned,, it is really useful..

Eat lots of food with protein, lift wights, do cardio, drink milkshakes, eat meat.
Do NOT just eat sweets on top of sweets unless you wanna gain weight the UNhealthy way by gaining FAT.
Eat eat eat, but also lift weights and do cardio, swim run, so it turns to muscle.

chocolate and candy ,like ice cream every day it taste good and make s you fater also rice and toriyas when you eat ur food ..you have to eat healthy thow cause you dont want to get sick!
