Is that too much, for each person? It's just a casual immediate family dinner.

Skip the bisquits. You are already having a bread item. Make it a whole sandwich. Perfect for dinner.

Sounds wonderful...and as you are having only half a grilled cheese, biscuits make a nice accompaniment for the soup or with jam/jelly for a little dessert. It should be a nice meal.

What kind of soup? And I would skip the biscuits and go with lighter bread if you must have an additional bread, maybe a pita triangles brushed with a basil butter or something like that.

I don't think you need the biscuits. Sounds like a great meal. Maybe you could use the Biscuits for dessert some other day. Like for Strawberry shortcake.

If it's casual family dinner I would say it's OK. Not too much. May I suggest you to make something else? If yes, pls add to your question some words.
