use an antibacterial soap afterwards...its good for stripping out sweat. helps me.

I would say that you should limit your workout clothes to 100% cotton. It sounds like your pours are being clogged because your clothing is not absorbing the moisture from your body. Cotton work out clothing will absorb and wick the moisture away from your body. Make sure you wash them each day. And you're doing great with a shower after each work out. Godloveya.

Well when you work out you sweat because you burn fat and calories of course. Sweating causes your pores to get dirty and can cause your skin to get oily. Just wah your face two to three times a day buy some oil control moisturizer and a good face wash and give it a couple of weeks and see if it clears up, if not I would go and see a dermatologist.

Are you dieting too? You are going through a hormonal shock because you body doesnt know what is going on. I don't think there is anything you can do though.
