parents question help?

i talked my parents this afternoon and tried to talk them about some stuff like why i still have to have a babysitter. they said some stuff and said it was because i was prepubesent. i just found out what this means just now. how would they know this?

i don't want to have a babysitter what can i do to convinse my parents to not have one anymore.

When you hit puberty is is quite easy to tell. Your voice changes, you start to grown hair on your face and body and your looks change. Do you think they are telling you that you do not need a baby sitter after puberty. I sure would have like one.

Sounds like they are using the word "prepubesent" so they don't have to say "immature". You know depending on the laws where you live it might still be illegal for your parents to leave you alone. Some places it's up to 16.

If its not a legal thing just prove to them you are mature and responsbile. Do your homework and chores, and do them without having to be nagged about them. That's a start.

If you don't want to have a babysitter then you need to start showing your parents that you are responsible and mature, start doing things without being asked, follow their rules, and show them that some things you can do on your own - respectfully though.

Are you sure you know what it means? Based upon your question, I am guessing you don't.
They why are you asking how they know this? It just means that you haven't hit puberty yet. What are you 11...12 years old? They know this because it is obvious when someone starts to hit puberty.
