Restrict adult access to the computer with a program like NetNanny. Assuming she is a child, discuss sex with her. If you think she has a sexual addiction, seek professional help.

Well, I would put some kind of block on your computer or put passwords on it so she doesn't have access. If she needs the internet and such for school then she can stay after school or figure out a way to use the school computers.

Well you can block all of the websites out by using parental control features on your computer...If you don't know how to do that..use the help feature on your computer...it will guide you to how to prevent certain websites from being accessed

my mom put a thing on her puter som y 13 yr old sister wouldnt talk o people she didnt know ...
it was already on the puter and if its not rated e for everyone she cant get on it including websites and she changed all the passowrds so hat she couldnt get on it without permission and its very effecticve i can ask her what it was she did and how she got there for you if you would like

you can install NetDog Porn Filter, it blocks all porn websites quitely on the computer, you can get it from: http://www.netdogsoft.com
