They say you attract what you think and I guess that is true because I believe everyone is married and I'm only worthy of sex. Married men hit on me all the time which makes me believe I'm correct. If I start thinking that everyone is single and that I'm worthy of love, will I get that? How do I change my way of thinking. It is like it is grounded into my head. Is there a book or something to help me with this?

There are lots of books about changing the way you think. . changing your perceptions requires living in the present moment, you have to be conscious of your thoughts first before you can change them. I recommend any of books by Wayne Dyer. He has several books on the subject. I've read almost all of them. He's really really good. Best of luck to you.

I don't know a specific book title, but I can say that, without a doubt, you are worth much more than just sex on the side of someone's marriage. There are guys out there who are honest and trustworthy, who want the whole you. Hold out for the real deal -- it's completely worth it. By the way, I think it's totally strong of you to be seeking a way out of your harmful thought pattern -- I really hope that you find a good resource. Peace!

You don't need to change anything but who your meeting with. Whoever your having relations with now dosent really make you feel worthy of anything but sex. Its a matter of changing the channel you get me.
