I want to be able to apply directly to a college in Europe, but I'm not sure if there are loans or scholarships that will support me in another country. Anybody know of a good site to go on, or a way for me to find out more information?

It will be difficult for you to go to another country and find a scholarship. You should go through your college/university and find out if they have a partnership with a university in Europe. If you are looking to maximize your experience in your study abroad program research schools that have programs that have a language requirement, or a program that is fully integrated with European students. There are government scholarships that are available but some are merit or financial based. Take a look at the webiste below and find out if you qualify. I hope this helps and Good Luck!

At my college, our study abroad programs are loaded with scholarships. Not only that but some programs cost the same as regular tuition. That and if you receive FAFSA it will apply to study abroad programs. Go to a cheap state school, then the program will cost the amount of regular cheap state tuition.
