What questions should I expect to answer? My situation is very complicated so I just want to be prepared. If anyone could give me advice it'd be greatly appreciated.

You will be asked to provide a birth certificate, proof of your level of education, your work experience and health questions. You can get an application from Immigration Canada to answer and you may get an interview in Canada after a visa has been issued.

You know, I have heard some discussions about Canadians sneaking into the United States as illegal immigrants. I personally know more Americans who have moved to Canada than I know Canadians who have moved to the United States.

Well good luck on your application and don't worry the questions are all simple but require written proof so gather up your papers beforehand.

The two most important things are police record and area of expertise. A country like Canada needs nurses, care attendants, translators, etc. It does not need teachers, writers, journalists, etc. Get informed about it.

Also, if you've ever been convicted of a felony, forget it. A tort or a misdemeanor are usually ok.
