Ive been waking up in the morning and my fingers, hands, toes, and feet are numb and tingly. It takes probably 30 minutes before theyre back to normal. Sometimes my fingers or toes wont fully receive the circulation back. Its starting to scare me... What is wrong?

When you get up, stretch and then hold your hands and feet down. The circulation process should be starting up now. Then, message your feet and your hands, then you should have a good blood circulation

how long has this been going on? if it's been a while you should probably see a doctor, if it has been only recently maybe you should change some of your sleeping habits. maybe you should try lying a different way when you sleep. you should also monitor your exercise routine--how many minutes a day and how many days a week.

My doc said that swelling and tingling can happen after a run like that, and not to worry, to try to move my arms more. But, waking up like that could be a problem, I would have a check up, you could be about to stroke.

Maybe a pinched spinal nerve (sciatica) or neuropathy. Are you diabetic? You should see your doctor as soon as possible to rule out anything serious.
