of course... he was a poet, painter, and visionary... extraordinary man whose influence can still be felt...as well as 'tyger, tyger', he wrote the poem 'jerusalem' which was set to music and is now a hymn. he also developed a technique for hand-colouring his own engravings.

William Blake was an English poet primarily, and painter...he seems to have had some issues with manic-depression...considering his work (both by pen and by paint)

Yes, of course. He was a very famous English poet. He wrote "The Tyger". It was spelled differently because he lived in the 1800's.
