It started three days ago, after I ate something at the coffeeshop, I started having these AWFUL stomach cramps. They will come about every 10 minutes, be so painful I am doubled over, and I am having diarrhea and feel hot a lot in the mornings. I was told it was just a mild case of food poisoning, and it would be gone in abot 48 hours, but now I am worried because IT HAS GONE ON FOR SO LONG AND IT KEEPS GETTING WORSE!!
What could be wrong with me, you think? What should I do, what should I take?
Should I call my doctor?
Is apple cider vinegar ok to take, and what about alka seltzer??

You should definately go to the doctor. It does sound like food poisioning but could also be a bacterial infection.
Just make sure you're drinking lots of liquids and possibly some immonium AD.

it could be anything from the flu to an appendicitis. If you start running a fever above 101 or the pain gets worse you should go to the doctor. My experience with doctors is that any stomach problem they don't know what it is they call it food poisoning. That doesn't mean they are always right. Apple cider is alright to take, I just don't see how it would help, alka seltzer is for indigestion, and if you have had this pain for three days it probably isn't that but it shouldn't hurt you.

I hope you aren't eating large meals or fatty foods or dairy at this time. Eat nothing but a BRAT diet
Bananas
Rice
Applesauce
Toast
and drink water and watered down kool-aid, gatorade, pedialyte. Your system needs a rest, and the foods mentioned above will add some bulk to your intestines to help absorb some of the water that is passing through.

You need to see your doctor tomorrow morning.

Mine went on for 6 days. Keep drinking flat coke to stop yourself becoming dehydrated. In order for the diarrhea to stop, you shouldn't be eating...or feel like it, apart from dry toast if you really have to. I wouldn't drink apple cider vinegar as this would probably aggravate it. Did you notify the coffee shop?

Skip the doctor ..you need to go to the EMERGENCY ROOM.
Even if it is food poisoning, by now you are dehydrated and should be getting I.V. fluids. Even if the virus/food poisoning has passed - lack of fluids in the body can cause severe cramps, diarrhea and vomiting. You need to seek treatment immdiately.
Good luck & God Bless!!Your in my prayers.

Calling your doctor would be a good idea or go to ER if it gets really bad.

You need to see your doctor immediately. It could be e-coli and/or salmonella poisoning. Go tomorrow.
