i currently run on the running machine for like 10 mins b4 i start to lift weights, if i start this kickboxing thing will i still need to do the running machine b4 i have a weight work out?

I started karate/kickboxing and I don't think you'll need that running machine . . . . you do plenty of cardio - jumping jacks, running . . . believe me it's a work out. You are literally dripping sweat by the time you're done . . . . but it is really a lot of fun!
I had a great time. I highly recommend it.

definitely, just to get you up and running and in the right mode for intense physical activity. but you wouldn't need to run 20 minutes every day, as would be suggested for a good cardio plan.

no, the martial arts are all the cardio you will need...
