My kids love this and it is really cheap/easy to make. I usually omit the cheese cause I don't have it on hand.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Spread 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs (about 1 lb.) with 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Light Dressing.
Empty 1 box (120g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken into a pie plate. Add 1/4 cup Kraft Grated Parmesan, then stir to combine. Coat each piece of chicken with dry stuffing mixture. Place on foil-covered baking sheet. Discard any leftover stuffing mixture.
Bake 25 to 30 min. or until chicken is cooked through.

KID (AND MOM) FRIENDLY MACARONI
CASSEROLE
1 box macaroni and cheese, prepared as directed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup sweet onion, chopped
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons butter
1 lb hamburger (lean or it will be too greasy)
salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cook hamburger with onion and butter. DO NOT DRAIN (unless you used a more fatty beef)! Add cream of mushroom and milk.
Cook over medium/medium-high heat until smooth. Remove beef from heat.
Starting with the prepared macaroni and cheese, layer beef mixture and macaroni. Make 2 layers of each.
Be sure that macaroni is covered well by the beef mixture and its' "juice" or it will dry out when cooking. Cook for about 25 minutes or until bubbly.
