Pineapples are a good source of vitamin C...and apples help with skin renewal and moisture, also, kiwi helps eliminate excess fat that surrounds the small intestine. Finally, mango has the most you can ever find in a any fruit, but has benefits like it can help with blood circulation.. Anything you like, if you want to be able to keep it in the fridge for a few days I wouldn't put in bananas because they turn brown very quickly. You could always add them in whenever you decide to eat the salad or right before serving!

hi, try some mango, pineapple, grapes and other tropical fruits. Most anything would work in season. I would add banannas lastly and just before serving as they tend to get a little limp, soft and weird.

Any kind of fruit except strawberries, they have this acidic taste and texture after a couple of days and bananas, they are way too mushy.

We like just mixed melons, or mixed melons and strawberries, in season. Sometimes we add peeled, sliced kiwi fruits, too.

Cantaloupe
Watermelon
Persian
Casaba
Honeydew
Crenshaw

Anything FRESH. Nothing canned or frozen if you can help it.
LOTS of color.
and don't forget various berries - raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, dewberries.... others kiwi, pineapple, citrus of all types...

IMHO - apples, bananas and oranges are good staples, but can be a bit boring.
