It doesn't matter. just eat more than you burn up and you'll put on weight. It may not be healthy weight gain but you'll put on weight. if you are after muscle gain food alone won't do it for you. Plan your meal times, work out hard at resistance training and get to bed before 10 or 11pm so your body can rest and repair itself (he says at 1.23 in the morning)

That film is "supersize me" which is a documentary type film well worth watching.

fast food...did you ever hear of the movie where the guy ate only fast food for 30 days...he gained a lot of weight...not that I would really recommend it...but he did gain wait fast.

Pizza Hut pan pizza, donughts, chips, chocolate, lots and lots of breads and pasta, heavy creamy sauces, processed sugar and flour! Eat out all the time! Tacos, hamburgers, fries, all the foods that taste good! haha

try drinking full fat milk , i put on half a stone in a week from drinking it , i know milk isnt a food but it makes u put on wieght
