I'm not naive enough to think that there are any tablets that will help weight loss without eating properly, and exercising more regularly, but am interested to know of anything that might help the process on a bit when combined with eating right, and exercising.
For example, appetite suppressants, fat metabolisers etc.

Diet pills in general, well,. none of them work. They may temporarily help you lose weight but when you are off of them, or your body builds up tolerance to them, then you gain it back.

Losing weight is not losing weight if you gain it back.

That’s what diet pills do, why do you think there is a new popular one every few months.
Now if you wonder if there are any good supplements and my answer is yes.
There are some supplements that you can take that can enhance a very healthy diet and fitness program and help you to stay committed to it.
7 Keto is an awesome metabolic enhancing compound that helps to reduce body weight and body fat by giving you more of a hormone that tells your thyroid to increase your metabolism. You may say wow, that’s what I need. No, the 7-Keto is all you need, not the other stuff. Yes but no, see the body can only take so much of it at a time before its eliminated by the blood and the rest becomes expensive urine. So you cant just take it alone, it must be part of a plan.

Hoodia by itself, not combined with other compounds, appears to affect the brain by making the stomach feel full and reducing the desire to eat.
Offers safe, caffeine-free, non-stimulant weight management support when used alone. It also may help in metabolizing fats.

Multivitamins - help you maintain the muscle that you have by providing nutrients your cells need. Understand if you don’t put enough nutrients in your body, you will lose muscle because your body will eat the muscle for those nutrients.

These supplements should be part of an overall lifestyle change, to a healthier one.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Reductil works well on some.

It works quite well by making you feel less hungry. Stops you craving food.
If you follow a good eating plan and excercise weight will drop off you.
Also if you are on it for a couple of months or longer you get into sensible eating habit. Then you cant eat huge meals even if you want to. As your used to eating smaller portions.

Try using a small plate, its usually portion disorder not what your eating.

Reductil does work, but only if you work with it : excercise and healthy eating.

Someone will probably slate this reply. But I tried everything and this worked wonders for me. I lost a lot of weight and have maintained since!
Most people say bad side effects but I got none what so ever.(This is rare, most get something minor).

But to use reductil you have to have BMI over 30. It does not work so well on people who only want to lose say 1 stone.

But any diet pills should be prescribed by a doctor and you would need bp monitored regular.

* Reductil is dangerous for those with heart and/or high bp conditions.

Good Luck

xenicol - which can only be prescribed by your G.P, acts by taking 1/3rd of the fat out of each meal you eat (based on 3 meals a day containing roughly 10g of fat in each meal), not only can it help with fat loss, but also losing inches. The only side effect of this medication is, the orange oil that you secrete if you eat too much fat.

I have been taking it for about 2 months and it is working, but not as good as I had hoped, but still worth taking, as it's better to lose a little each month than none at all, or worse gaining.

You are really better off not taking any pills unless it is absolutely prescribed by a dr. All medications have some side effects. Some can cause you to hold fluids and they would make it harder to lose weight. Stay away from any diet pills.

The best and most careful thing to do would be to go to your local natural remedy shop, if you're in the UK, the best place would be Holland and Barratt and ask for a herbal weight loss supplement (or even ask in Boots as they stock homeopathic remedies too). You wont become addicted to these and they wont be bad for your body like many of the widely produced ones which contain chemicals-which aint too good for u!! Also eat properly, start the day off with porridge which you can add fruit or honey to for added sweetness and if you need to snack, buy bags of dried fruits and drink lots of water, as we generally confuse hunger with thirst! If you eat bread, swap it for wholemeal pitta bread. Try and eat foods which keep you fuller for longer-like porridge and keep drinking throughout the day! Hope that helped a bit. Good luck!!!

Take some Placebo, that's essentially what all weight-loss pills are. However, if you're serious about wasting money on a pill that does nothing i have heard good reviews from Hydroxycut Hardcore.
