I say always give them a second chance.
When my now-husband asked me out on a date I turned him down. He asked a second time and I turned him down again. He asked a third time and I went because I had nothing else going on that evening and guess what...I found out he was smart, sweet sensitive guy. We've been married for twelve years. Had he not been persistent, nothing we have together would have happened.
Second chance...absolutely!

Hmmm I think you should give her two chances. She might have been busy the first time. But the second time she is gaffing you. Besides if you didn't leave a message she might not know it's you. I never answer my phone if I don't know the number.

It depends on how you got her number in the first place. :)
If she gave you her number, then twice works, but if you got it from the phone book, 411, Internet (IE. you stalked her or her friends for it and she didn't return your call), then yes, trash it...bury it, burn it, run over it. Then pray to the dating gods for forgiveness.

some girls are really shy and are scared that u might not be interested in her. so give it a few more trys den trash her number. u never noe, she might be really interested in u and just waitin for u to take a few more steps.

that is the absolute WORST possible thing to do, give her a chance! maby she was busy, or somthing, wait a few weeks see what happens

no, don't give them any more attention if they don't make the effort that you are. You make the first moves and if they don't respond they are not into you, move on
