Not by "a women", and not even by "a woman".
It is not women's job to tame men. It is the woman's job to sift out the good men, and to leave the untame men to their own devices. Men are either marriage material or they are not. WOmen should not waste time trying to change men, its an exercise in futility

ANY wild animal can be tamed by the right person. Only way to "tame" anybody is TRUE LOVE. I personally wouldn't want someone who is wishy washy. I like a little opposition. Not fighting, but not someone who I can lead around by the nose either that has NO opinion about anything.
