You should write what kind of job you are looking for/what you want to acheive by sending their resume to them.
Example:
"To find a job that lets me use my skills and the knowledge that I have gained while attending the ____________ program at ___________ University."
Or it can simply say, if you are a student:
"To find a job that lets me gain more experience in my field of _______ for which I am currently studying at ______ University."
Or be specific and say what you are looking for in a job:
"To find a job where I can put my creative talents to work and to find an atmosphere that will allow me to work successfully in a team... yadayada"
