I wouldn't get angry, though I would first ask him how he managed to come back from being dead 2000 years. He'd have to have some really good evidence of being Jesus.

I would not get angry, but this is a moot point. If you believe in Jesus he wouldn't come back and say there is no hell. If he said the message would change I would be confused.
Truth is an entire concept. A whole idea. You can not pick and choose what is true. If Jesus is coming back he is coming back the way he said . . . . . . and there is a hell
the unconditional love? I am with you there but you loose me with ego stuff.
God Bless

truthfully there have been techniques approximately this until now Jesus got here, otherwise Jesus' parable in Luke sixteen relating to the wealthy guy (who went to hades) and the undesirable guy Lazarus (who went to Abraham's Bosom) might have made no experience in any respect to his hearers! One distinction between Jews and cutting-side Christians is that Jews usually do not think of hell (Gehenna) lasts consistently, yet basically for a maximum of a three hundred and sixty 5 days. The Christians did not insist on an countless hell until the 5th and 6th centuries, under Augustine interior the West and Emperor Justinian interior the East. the priority is slightly murky in that we don't comprehend precisely whilst the Hebrews reached this interest and whilst it became a favored perception. yet in 2 Maccabees 15:12-22, we do examine that Judas Maccabeus had a imaginative and prescient of the excessive Priest Onias, and the Prophet Jeremiah, who have been interceding in heaven for the Jewish human beings. EDIT: Why a thumbs-down? i take advantage of logic approximately Luke sixteen, and a pre-Christian scripture (2 Maccabees) -- what approximately it incredibly is unacceptable? Sheesh. @ Kelly: What you assert is actual, different than that lots of the third and 4th century Christian instructors (Origen, Clement of Alexandria, Gregory of Nyssa, Gregory Nazianzen, and so on.) taught that, after a time of purification, that finally one and all would be saved. This seems to have been replaced later with the aid of Augustine (who did not comprehend Hebrew or Greek) and Emperor Justinian (who purposefully inserted yet another word interior the coaching to intend countless punishment). @ Kelly: sure, Gehenna is hell. examine Rabbi Akiba, "the 2nd Moses," who stated: "The length of the punishment of the depraved in Gehenna is 3 hundred and sixty 5 days." Adyoth 3: 10. EDIT 2: Why do i think Jehovah's witness prejudice here? pay attention, it is actual that "Gehenna" became the garbage unload outdoors the city partitions of Jerusalem. yet it incredibly is used as a logo for harm and being decrease off from God's human beings. And sure, it is sparkling that there became a thought of reward and punishment after dying, or back, Luke sixteen isn't smart in besides. Jason ok. is fullyyt marvelous.

Many would probably get angry because they are "being good" for the wrong reason. They just follow the preachers because they don't want to go to hell. If they are truly followers of Christ, though, they have love in their hearts and have understanding. This is probably a result of "selling" Jesus rather than teaching as He taught and living by His example.

If you believe in Jesus the basis must be Biblical and it didn't preach unconditional love of evil. Without repentance the evil on judgement day will be seperated from the followers and cast out. Check Revelations, the final book of the new testament.

That wont happen.
On the other hand, when people get a real conviction from the Holy Spirit, then they will repent from their sins, they wont LIKE sin, even if there was no hell! If a person follows God just because of hell, maybe they haven't have a real or at least a deeper encounter with Jesus Christ!

Read the bible and study exactly what the word Hell means. What man has interpreted as the meaning for Hell is not what Jesus taught. Jesus taught love and showed loved. People have twisted the word Hell. Jesus will not change his message, it is still the same. God is love.

What makes you assume that Jesus' message was changed from 2000 years ago? What is your basis for that reasoning? He has already been clear about the existence of hell and heaven and about how a person ends up in either place. Why reject His word?!

Do you believe in this unconditional love? If so, why don't you get angry about it? Often times people get angry at things they don't understand. If you want to teach others, then you must be patient with them.

I think a lot of people would be angry and they would ultimately crucify him again. Being good for any reason other than fear of the punishment of hell takes some maturity.

We love our children with Unconditional Love , but that dose not mean we will not punish them when they misbehave, and it's the same with God, he told us in his word there is a punishment for sin, and that punishment is hell.. where you believe it or not dose not make it not real.. it seem s you want to belive the Unconditional Love part but not the punisment part, what is the basis of this thinking?
