I was once very good with money but now I suck with it. I plan it out every month and it looks so good on paper but it never works out that way. I always run out of money before all the bills are paid and I've not even got any food in the house. What am I doing wrong? I try so hard to watch every penny, I even write down any time I spend any. I hate playing games with the companies I owe too until the next month and it starts all over again. If you have any good ideas please let me know. Why can't it work out as good as it does on paper, that way I have everyone paid and food with some left over, what am I doing wrong?

When you get paid you need to buy envolpe and put you money for bills it.

Where is the extra money going to?
If it works out on paper it should work out in real life.
You have to be spending it some where.

It might help if you showed us a sample of your budgeting. It could have some red flags you haven't noticed.
