It is where you usually apply a product for scrunching and then blowdry on a low setting and heat and scrunch your hair in your hands while blowdrying.

Unless your hair hair has some natural wave in it you're going to need to buy scrunching gel. There's no real trick to finding the best one just any will do. After you take a shower, or wet your hair, start from the crown of your head and grab your hair and move up your head gathering it as you go. Keep doing this and slowly keep moving downward until you're scrunhing from your ends to the very top of your head. Some girls just get out of the shower and throw their hair in a bun and right before their hair is completely dry the take it out and do the way I just explained. Whatever works for you!

step 1 - wash your hair
step 2 - wait till your hair is only damp
step 3 - put curling moose through your hair
step 4 - take a chunk of your hair and scrunch it up in your palm until you reach the top of your head
step 5 - carry on doing that all round your hair
step 6 - dry your hair with out using a brush
After that it should look naturally curly
works for me always!

scrunching is something you normally do when your hair is wet, although you can also perk up your hair a bit when it is dry. it
basically it consists of using a towel or your hands to hold the ends of your hair, then push your hair towards your scalp and squeeze, then go down and realease. repeat all over your hair, or where wanted.
this can help your hair to become curlier if you do this after a shower, or if you want to perk up and give your hair a little lift, you can do this too while dry.
for best results, scrunch with gel.
makes it curlier.
luck!

When I "scrunch" my hair, I am trying to get the curl back after I washed it. I have naturally curly hair, but sometimes depending on the weather, it flattens out.

When your hair is damp, rub mousse and a curl activator through your hair. With a diffuser attachment on your hair dryer, scrunch your hair, kinda like crumpling paper, while you dry it. do sections at a time.

1. Get your hair damp...easiest to do after a shower
2. Brush through hair well
3. Place gel into the palm of your hand
4. Put hand(palm facing up) at the end of your hair
5. Push your hand up and make a fist with your hand (while hair is in hand)

Make sure to get all hair....good luck!

when your hair is wet or damp but gel, mousse, or hair goop whatever you prefer, you can even do hairspray. tilt your hair over and just place your hair and your ends and "scrunch" to the scalp. do it a lot of times and let it dry.

Squeeze sections of your hair in your hand with a gel, or mousse. You should do this when your hair is wet.

Or you can twist your hair back (like cornrows) with the gel or mousse. Then when they dry, take them out and it will be wavy and crimped.
