I should mention that it doesn't seem to be a virus or sth like that. I have this problem since my laptop was brand new.I haven't format it.I can open the file I want but only if I don't press the "ok" button on explorer's message.It also says sth about drwtsn.exe file.

It sounds like a corrupted folder or file; drwtsn.exe is dr watson, a debugging programme and nothing to lose sleep over

1. clear windows temp files - don't rely on windows own cleaning tools. download ccleaner - free
http://www.ccleaner.com
once installed, under the windows tab tick the box marked system; under the applications tab, tick the box marked multimedia
run the cleaner; if your video file still causes explorer to crash, try

2. go to start>my computer,
right click your C drive, properties>tools>select error checking and click check now;
in the check disk options dialog box, tick the box "automatically fix file system errors"
press start; you may have to restart your pc for scan disk to complete its run - when prompted select yes and restart your pc

as your pc boots, the disk will be scanned automatically - just wait for it to finish - it may take a while so grab a cup of coffee....
