he started talking to me about the first time we kissed and how happy he was. he said to me afterwords that he feels like he is just used to my kiss and me kissing him. he says he gets bored easily. i told him if he felt that way then i think he should go out and meet other people. he said no but i like you. i don't know what to think about this situation....he's 16. do teenage guys usually get bored after awhile? or is he just saying that to get me to go farther and have sex? i'm so frusterated and upset and confused and ahhh.

You've got it. He wants you to move to the next round whatever that may be. If he cared about you, then kissing you would not get old, it would get better and better. He's 16. He really doesn't know what he wants, but I bet he wants to have sex in some way.

Every 16 year oldjust wants to have sex. The thing with guys that age is that they want to get as many girls to like them as possible. They do get bored extremely fast and easily. The more girls that like them the better their chance of getting a piece. Its a numbers game. 16 year old boys are not looking for a relationship they are looking for fun. Thats It!

Probably a little bit of both. Teenage boys have kind of a one track mind. what they can get from a girl. Stick to your guns and don't let him change you mind about what you have decided to do with your body. If he starts pressuring you about being bored I'm sure he can find ways to stimulate himself without you. It kind of sounds like he is only interested in getting one thing out of the relationship otherwise he would watch what he says in order not to offend you.

See other people. If you are even close to 16 don't waste your time by being put on someone elses physical agenda which is what he is doing.
Be careful to make sure you feel safe and comfortable with any situation you put yourself in and do not be afraid to get out of any situation that makes you feel different.

yes probably.
in relationships...easy come is easy go. same with the heat of romance. 16 year olds have a lot of personal drama as developing into adults and chemicals in the body etc. there will be all sorts of changes going on even in the personality.
you should focus on your capacity to develope intimacy, thats the advise I give to anyone that asks such questions which could actually be answered by the other partner if there was an established trust and intimacy. Better to find a romance with a guy you already know as a friend that you parody and joke about these kind of things with already.
You will see in this world. It is the people that are actually kinda animally attracted to one another but have a lot of intimacy and strong repoire with one another that have the lasting relationships. Meanwhile the ultra sexy, physically gifted individuals will have much more trouble finding thier way into knowing true intimacy with a partner if at all ever.
So if your boyfriend is ready to spice things up, if you are into him for his personality rather than his looks only you know that. If you think he's cute and thats all you really care about then I can assure you he thinks of you as a piece of meat also. That is because we men are much more adept at being turned on with only the slightest, rediculously shallow of stimuli. We know women we hate even that we wouldnt mind bedding out of spite. My point in this is that you can bet he's more into you for your body than you are into him for his, unless there is some wierd trauma in your past like sexual abuse or abandonment issues that would pitch you as one of these girls that cannot breathe the air around themselves unless they think they are in a relationship...I can guarantee he is at least a couple steps ahead of you in what you are ready for physically, thats not dependant upon what a gentleman he is or not, thats just his biology.
If he is in fact pushing you or inviting you forward to experiment with deeper sexual stimuli, then I can see where his mind might be at 16 years old. Raging hormones and curiosity combined are quite the concoction. It might not so much be about you as it is about himself then rather. If you really love one another then these are the things you can discuss between the two of you. But that you ask this question here on yahoo Q&A demonstrates your trust and intimacy level is somewhere below this and up to this level at a maximum potential. You show an insecurity about moving forward with him.
My instinct aside from what I have attempted to demonstrate to you here not so necessarily common knowledge without even knowing who you are is his vanity, unconcern for you, and just to pry you to be willing so he can move ahead and do what he wants with you.

guys say anything if it will get those panties off. add to the fact that he's 16 and just found out what that third leg is for.
guys are a few years behind women when it comes to relationship maturity so at this age you might want to be carefull who you choose to get intimate with. the fact that he said he gets bored easily is a good indicator that he will get what he wants then get "bored" and move on.
note: bored people are bored because they lack initiative.

You really can't take teenagers seriously when it comes to relationships. Since they really are still quite new to understanding others and even their own emotions. They really don't know what they want. He most likely isn't bored with you, he just wants to get more experience under his belt. He is more restless. Do different things with him (not necessarily sexual, mind you). Go out and experience life together.

Don't have sex. A relationship is built on more than that. Save yourself, because you are special. How do I know? I think you are worrying about it too much.
He is a 16 yr old boy, and therefore will be thinking about sex. Whatever he says or does sex will be somewhere in his mind. Take the relationship at your own pace and you will quickly find out his intentions.

I do know a few guys and especially in high school when I was younger that did genuinly get board. It was nothing personal against the girl they just did. He could be trying to hint that he wants to go further but definitly don't go further just to keep him around. If your going to go that far you better make sure its what you want.
