LOL I have the SAME problem! I quit running three months ago after I developed heart problems (not related). I used to start running, then felt the urge to.. go. So I would often stop and do so, because it really was bothersome.

I drink a lot of water before/during running, at least enough to stay hydrated without cramping, so I considered that. Also I tried to eat a meal hours beforehand to have energy and often had water or tea before and both caused me to need to keep using restroom.

But I feel your pain. Perhaps someone else has a cure?
