Hi, the only way I know of increasing the alcohol content in any beer is during the second fermentation stage. sugar is needed to create the alcohol, you would add this after the initial fermentation so that it would react with any residual yeasts. Long winded but, I have never really heard of boosting non-alcoholic beer. Cheers!

non alcoholic beer has already been through all the fermentation and alcohol production it's capable of. It's also been thoroughly cleared and very likely pasteruized, too. Adding any sugar will just make it sweet...it WILL NOT ferment.

If you want to raise the alcohol percentage of non-alcoholic beer, you NEED to simply add alcohol...a shot of vodka, a half ounce of everclear, or something like that. That's ALL you can do.

You can't. That's why it is N/A. It is pasteurized and totally fermented. Buy real beer if you want alcohol.
