So you're saying you pick and choose what you believe about science based on whether it interferes with your religious beliefs? Why believe any of it?

Why do idiots say that Christians don`t believe in Science? Because other idiots seem to think that 'Faith' and 'Truth' are mutually exclusive.
I'm not Atheist/Agnostic because I 'believe' in the Theory of Evolution. I am Atheist/Agnostic because I disagree with the political structures that are put in place with 'organised religions' and the hypocrisies that are perpetuated in the name of 'Christianity' or 'Islam'. For belief systems founded on the principles of tolerance and respect, there is a severe lack in the name of 'God'.
If you insist on following a belief system that equates to 'living well', try Buddhism. At least you might run the risk of obtaining some peace of mind with the world around you...

You should study what a scientific theory is. If you believe in any science, you should believe in Macro-evolution, it is one of the strongest theories with thousands of pieces of evidence. Macro-evolution as a whole can not be updated to a principle for obvious reasons, but the premises is fact. This is probably why 'idiots' say Christians do not believe in science, but hey.

First, I just want to say that not all science believers aprove of stem cell research (me).
Second, tons of other things in science contradict your beliefs besides the evolution theory. Dinosaurs are not a test from god, The universe formed over billions of years from a bang not some god, prayer has no affect at all! Need I go on?

I've had Xians tell me they don't believe in "that science stuff". There's plenty of occurances here on this site of Xians being against science.
And since they don't understand the definition of a Scientific Theory (Gravity is a Theory, you know) the Fundie Xians statements are often anti-science.
Nobody pulls babies out of the womb and then kills them. That would be murder. Aborting fetal tissue is not the same thing, since they aren't babies yet.

Why do so-called Christians go around calling people "idiots?" Apparently you only believe in the dogma of the religion and not the part that requires you to be a good person.

Christians do believe in evolution. The Catholic church for example is not against the teachings of evolution. According to statistics the majority of Christians are made up of Catholics. Here is a website about what they think of evolution:

Christians accept science to the extent that they can rationalize away the inconsistencies with their religion. (The same is true of Muslims, Hindus, Jews, and the others).
Sorry, but evolution is fact. Abortion is medicine, whether you think it is an ethical procedure or not.
