How many calories are in homemade Chicken alfredo, with carb option alfredo sauce in a can, fettucine noodles, 2 chicken breasts? how many calorie are there in about 3/4 a bowl full?

I don't know, however I do know this. Anything Alfredo is called heart attack on a plate. Hope this helps.

If you are using canned sauce and packaged pasta, you have most of the inofrmation that you need on the package.

Are you using two whole chicken breasts or two chicken breast halves? Is the chicken skinless or skin-on? Is the chicken on the bone or boneless?

How big is your bowl? I have bowls that hold 4 ounces and bowls that hold 12 quarts.

Add up the calorie counts for your ingredients and divide it by the number of servings.

Look on the back of the containers where the nutritional information is located and calculate it!

If that is too advanced for you, then 1200 calories.
