I bought this camera for Christmas and I have only taken about 27 pictures and it's telling me the memory is full. I know this camera should hold more pics than that. What am I doing or not doing?

If you never added a memory card, the camera's 20 MB internal memory is surely full with 27 pictures. By a memory card and then you will only be limited by the size of your installed memory.

Your camera takes "SD" cards and you would probably be happy with one that was 512 MB in capacity. They are so cheap any more, you may as well get 1 GB while you're at it. It will only cost about $5-10 more than 512 MB and it will hold twice as many pictures.

You might want to change the size and quality/frame rate settings on your camera from fine to normal to increase the number of photos. The increase may not be significantly greater than the 27 you have now. A memory card is necessary to hold a substantially larger number of photos.
