The bible says to not practic magic, like the wizards, but what is classified as magic?
Is telekinesis magic? Is it okay to practice telekinesis? I know it's bad to practice the communication with spirits because those aren't human spirits, they are demons masqerading as human souls, all human souls go to either heaven or hell, also is sinful to summon the dead. But what is magic?

Magic is just superstition, just like God.

Magic is the art of summoning help from both internal and external sources. It is not telekinesis. Magic is most often contributed to witches and witch spells. But what is a spell? A spell is using certain objects to petition supernatural sources for their help and guidance. Objects can be candles, stones, herbs, incense, wands, swords, bells, alters, books, daggers, offerings. So in reality all religions practice, such as burning incense in Church's, using a rosary, a prayer book, an alter in a church. They are all one and the same. So there is no such thing as Heathen Magic, just different ways of going about the same desire. Magic is Real and it's apart of our world. If you look closely enough man things that are practiced by modern day Christians have their roots in ancient Paganism. The church merely is trying to destroy the old beliefs like it always has.

Blessed Be.

The most well known form of heathen magic involves runes. Runes were used for writing, but also for healing, enchanting objects, and other spell-work. Different runic alphabets were used in different parts of Europe. Galdr or Galdorcræft is the act of chanting or singing charms. Many heathen charms have been preserved in mediaeval materials. Seiðr is a type of magic sometimes associated with seership. All of these forms of magic are being rediscovered and practiced again by modern heathens.

Reconstructed pagan religions differ from neo-pagan 'paths' like Wicca in that they are firmly based on the actual religions of specific pre- Christian cultures. They do not draw upon later sources as mediaeval ceremonial magic, Roman Catholic customs or Masonic rites. Reconstructionists use the latest scholarly evidence from fields like archaeology, history, linguistics and anthropology to determine the beliefs, practices and worldviews of their chosen ancient pagan culture.

Depends. When the Bible was written, you could have a Bic lighter and you would have been stoned to death. Magic was used as a blanket statement to mean anything that the modern people did not understand. Now that we have science we know there is no such thing as magic, or communicating with spirits. So don't worry old chap, if it can be done here on earth, it must have an explanation, and thusly it is not magic. Hope this helps make the rest of your life easier.

Within a European Christian context, paganism is a catch-all term which has come to connote a broad set of not necessarily compatible religious beliefs and practices (see Cult (religion)) of a natural religion (as opposed to a revealed religion of a text), which are usually, but not necessarily, characterized by polytheism and, less commonly, animism. There is little organized "-ism" in paganism.

True magic is a huge part of certain religions. It is like a form of prayer--using spells to make things happen=asking God to make things happen. I think if someone can perform telekenesis then they are very spiritual, yes I would consider it magic.

Have you ever wondered why westerners seem to be lacking knowledge of natural medicine, compared to other cultures? It's because all that knowledge was thrown out as "witchcraft" and forbidden when Christianity took hold in Europe. It's really sad, because now we're constantly coming out with pills and drugs that we later find out cause horrible problems.

in days of old just asking this question would get you burnt as a witch, yet we all live in a magical world and all have some skill that could be considered magic.
