SCIENCE! Some people on here are saying that science is lies... well obviously I don't believe all of science. Only an idiot would take a scientist for his word without reviewing his research.
I believe in evolution, I am pro-choice, and I think stem cells should be used for research. I listen to facts and logic, not centuries-old conjecture about existence.

i beleive that science and religion follow eachother up to the part where then, man starts trying to play god (cloning). religion and science belong together. science proves religion (many miracles in the quraan are proved by science today). in the quraan allah tells us about the moon the development of an embryo the world the strars - how could mohammad (pbuh) an illiterate man at the time know any of this. how could anyone have known such miracles in those time. well recent scientific discoveries that have occurred were in the quraan all the time for millions of years. so i believ that science and religion do go. however the evoloution theory is not science - it is not proven to be 100% true so it cannot be classed as true science - religion is against evolution as it suggests there is no such thing as god. Natural selection which is not evolution is science and that we believe is true. religion is against things like cloning which we believ will be used in malicious ways to harm ppl.

Evolution theory is a religion also! Just because they teach it in science class along with some science doesn't make it scientific. They associate beer with football but the two are polar opposites. It takes more faith to believe in evolution than the bible. Many Christians are great scientists. Punch a month pregnant lady in the stomach it is murder, but if you abort a child it is not?

each fossil, each commentary in biology factors to evolution. there is not something that is going hostile to it or factors to a diverse thanks to scientifically clarify present day variety. there is not one fossil or one piece of DNA that doesn't element to evolution. it would want to be troublesome now to not see the concrete info, and really those blinded by religion can try this. Evolution is one hundred% global-huge accepted truth, such as the evolution of guy. there is 0 info for a larger being causing something. it truly is the reason those who're non secular desire faith, you may't see or study the moves of a deity, by definition. Evolution has 0 faith and ALL info. Scientists (actual ones) were reading and helping evolution for over one hundred and fifty years, and nevertheless not something has pointed to creationism. there is sparkling links and transitional varieties between each little thing contained in the fossil record to the category-relatives element, if not Genus-Species element. And this contains people, which there are various 'lacking links' that are nicely defined and studied, human beings merely elect to push aside this. particular, there are nevertheless issues we do not understand, yet it truly is why technology isn't stagnent and lifeless. We study extra daily, it truly is what takes position once you keep an open thoughts and stick with the clinical approach. There are some parts of evolution in which all the products have not been got here upon contained in the fossil record, yet there is no counter idea that has even ONE piece of info that could not extremely be defined by evolution. enable me turn the question round, if Creationism change into perfect and technology might want to definitively practice Creationism (and consequently the life of God), why might want to they not? it truly is the nicely ideal clinical discovery contained in the historic previous of the global. no human being can bypass that as a lot as take care of the 'status quo'. there is no conspiracy to hide introduction info. each person who's conscious actual scientists is conscious they're glory-mongers first. They like to practice others incorrect to strengthen their own status. And if any scientist might want to practice introduction/God, it would want to've been performed a lengthy time period in the past.

I'm not sure what religion you are referring to but the Bible, which is what my religion uses, has many different scientific facts in it that were told long before people as a whole actually figured it out. One big one is the fact that the Earth was indeed round (remember that even after the Bible was written that people thought it was flat.) It also said that blood was the source of life. (yet there were many beliefs that in order to heal people from sicknesses they had to be bled and many people died from this practice.) Anyway these are just the tip of the iceberg.

religion is not based on unfounded beliefs...it is based on the bible which is the word of god.
there is plenty of proof for the bible content....
without god you would have no science to study..
evolution has no proof and
stem cell research may my ok only if it is from adult stem cells, which actually work better, and not from intentionally aborted babies harvested to get the cells.

I'm not sure it's a "battle" at all - I think that science is simply replacing religion as a way of explaining the previously unexplainable.

Christians don't need or believe the lies of Satan's science. All the science in the world won't do you any good when you are burning in hell. We know science lies because it disagrees with the holy bible which is God's word.

I like science because it can be proven. Religion cannot, however I would say thats the point. You have to have 'faith' to be accepted as a theist.
I'm an atheist but i do feel if god exists then science will eventually prove his existance.

Do not assume for a second that science is all based on fact.
Scientist have cheated, lied and deceived.
that doesn't condem them all, but it does mean we must not be gullible.
