Which hotel is best for value near sunset boulevard LA?

Can anyone recommend a hotel under $200 per night which is nice and preferably includes breakfast. Thanks

The Grafton on Sunset-boutique hotel but right in the middle of everything.

I'd recommend the Best Western Sunset Plaza Hotel. It's on Sunset right next to some of the nicer hotels (The Standard, Mondrian, etc). It's definitely no frills, but its clean, nice, and under $200.
