yes, it's fine to dye it again. just use a different make of colourant next time, the first one wasn't very good!!

yes and sounds like you needed 2 boxs of coloring cause of either your hair is to thick or too long.

it's not advisable because it will cause damage to your hair, well not damage per se but it will become weak and prone to breakage. Mixture of unnatural chemicals.

yes it should be ok..next time you might go for a darker color of the color you want...it may look darker but that should turn out better...and remember it always fades.
