It's not like a bump that you can pop because it doesnt have a head, like most bumps...u know...what could it be?

It is probably a pimple just starting out. Give it time & it will come to a head on its own. Don't mess with it or it can become infected.

A new pimple, to speed up the process of making it come to a head, apply hot towel compresses at least twice a day. When it turns white, you can pop it but make sure that yopu wipe with a alcohol or peroxide filled cotton swab to avoid infection.

Hygiene related batcerial infected hair folicles, a blackhead or forming pimple, a sign of cancer or other disease, or it could just be a bruise pushing its way up to the surface to reinform its molechular structure to reform the broken skin cells. woah, what did i just say? But for real, it PROBALY isn't very dangerous, but i'd check on the net or ask it here AGAIN what it is, ill post again telling you more info bro.

are your ears pierced? i had a bump and i was told that when you get your ears pierced by a piercing gun it kinda acts like a real gun would and blows the cartilidge back. so that could be it.

your dump could be a cytis go to the doctors and have it checked
