Some low carb diets allow you to eat whole grain wheat bread, and fruit, (crackers.. I don't think so).

It really depends on which plan you choose to follow and most would not allow it during the initial phase of the diet. This usually last two weeks. You should check out lowcarbfriends.org It's a great site that can give you info on many lowdcarb diets. Just go there and read and ask lots of questions as ther is alot of great people there.

Yes, in moderation, and as long as it is TRUE whole wheat and fresh fruit. Bread sold as "wheat bread" but is soft and fluffy is nothing but colored white bread. If it says "enriched" stay away from it, as they take out the vitamins during the processing and replace them with junk. Look for 100% whole grain bread that is heavy and has obvious grain in it.

Depends which low carb diet you're on. Atkin's? No. South Beach? Most likely yes.
My real advice is to not diet. Listen to your body. What foods make you feel good after you eat them? What foods make you feel sluggish or slow or just plain stuffed? And then go exercise.

Not really , those are carbs .
Low carb would be
Grilled poultry , pork , beef or fish and
Veggies , corn, peas, carrots, green beans etc.
Also some eggs and cheese.
Avoid white flour and white sugar and corn syrup like it is the plague, even if you are not on a diet.
