Is it ok to eat wholemeal bread if ur not on a "too strict diet" and does toasting help reduce cal?

Toasting does not remove calories from bread. All it does is remove the moisture.

Wholemeal bread is good for you, so just eat it in moderation. Toasting bread adds no calories but simply makes it more yummy. Spread on some low fat butter (or spray-on fat-free butter tastes good, too) and you have a healthy, low-fat snack that'll fill you up.

Dang, it really is a tie between chocolate-coated almonds and Reeses peanut butter cups. those 2 are so staggering that I keep ingesting even even as my abdomen is done. Now that i imagine about it, perchance the cups are my renowned. they're so good.
