Check out the website for The Stuttering Foundation of America at www.stutteringhelp.org. They helped several uncles and cousins who stuttered. They have a referral list of specialists. One uncle could afford therapy and is the most fluent. The others got the Foundation's book "Self Therapy for the Stutterer" and followed the steps and practiced. I have also read posts by other people who have gotten help from that book and were amazed at the difference.

you have to practice tongue twister by your self and slow keep getting faster till you don't stutter.
like for a B
boy babies bounce better
for a S
she sell sea shell by the sea shore.
there are more of those but it takes practice to do them right or at least do them right slowly will stop the stutter

Maybe you could try going to a professional. I used to know a girl with a speech impediment, and she went to a speech therapist. her stuttering got much better. :D
