i wanna get skinnier before i start class (in about 2 weeks) & i'm interested in finding out how much i could lose by then if i really put in the effort?

i am not interested in any preaching about what's healthy & how i can lose weight safely. i know it & i don't care.

The best thing u can do if u want to lose weight fast and keep it off is to eat lots of fruit and veg. Avoid fatty foods e.g. take-aways, sweets of any kind, red meat, etc. Try to eat often and regularly. Always drink a glass of water when u wake up first thing and then lots more throughout the day. Eat a good mixture of foods. Dont cut too many things out. Things like chicken and fish are good for u, and less fatty than red meat. The important thing is to not starve urself or go hungry because if u do ur body will go into "starvation mode" and u will find that ur metabolism will slow down. U will feel less energetic and wont look very healthy. U will also pile the weight back on very quickly once u start eating again. The best thing to do is just eat healthy and get exercise. U will start to notice a difference in urself very quickly.

When I was 13, over winter break which was two weeks, I lost 5 pound. It was crazy! Over break all I did was pig out, and I lost all this weight. Then two days later after that, I lost a whole other pound. I asked my parents who are doctors, and they said that I was loosing my baby fat.

Jenny Craig is an amazing weight loss program... and its easy. I lost anywhere from 2 - 5 lbs in one week, and 20 lbs in 21/2 months. And it is not a starvation diet.

eating about 1500 aday working three time a day 15 min cardio mostly which average about 700-900 calories a day about 8-10 pounds if you eat high protein and drink lots of water and speed your metabolism with supplemental help like green tea twice a day

me 2, i want to lose weight, i lost 20 lb last summer by not eating OR DRINKING anying. i guess in 2 weeks thats 5 lbs

I lost about 30 lbs in the two weeks after my son was born, but that probably doesn't help you.

8 lbs. but it really isn't safe. I was sick for 4 of those days and then I didn't want to eat really anything for awhile after that.
