Circumcision is irrelevant. The "spot" is something he should have checked by his doctor. It may be nothing. On the other hand, it could be an early sign of herpes or sexual wart (both are caused by a virus that can be transmitted to his sexual partner(s)) or it could be almost anything. Without proper testing, you will never know.

You must have a good mate if he shows you Pimples on his Prick. Do NOT touch it. It sounds like HERPES. But, if he is a carrier - it will be HERMES. There is one good thing. With pimples - he will get a better grip.

If he has had un-protected sex, he needs to go directly to the GUM clinic, at this nearest hospital. It sounds like herpes or genital warts. He should refrain from any kind of sex act. Good luck!

sounds like genital warts, they dont go away and the longer you have them the harder they are to treat.
