About 3 weeks ago I ate a peanut. I have been allergic to peanuts my whole life. I have been panic attacks, and they have made me be scared to eat anything. Can someone give me good choices on what I should eat that should be safe? And can you give me some advice on to help clear all my panic attacks?

well if youre very allergic to peanuts like i am than you need to look on the back of all packaged foods and it will have the allergy info ex. where it was processed, and what it contains. at resturaunts i always ask the waiter and they usually dont know so you need to get them to go ask the chef.. hope this helps

You can try some magnesium pills to help calm your nerves, and be sure to get enough calcium too. As far as your allergy, I guess you just have to be careful and not eat anything with peanuts.

Fruits, vegis, and read the label on products at the store. They are suppose to state on them whether or not they might contain any peanuts or have come in contact with them.
