www.danworld.com has a lot of desktop themes.

If your computer has enough RAM (at least 512 MB) WindowBlinds is AWESOME! You can download thousands of themes from wincustomize.com and there are themes on almost every theme and subject. Also, try skinbase.org for more skins!

You can check out StyleXP, which is quite good in my opinion.
