General rule is 1/2 lb. of fish per person, but how many pounds of french fries will we need and how much french fries should be given to each person? How much oil will I need to fry 100 lbs of fish? Is 100 lbs enough for 150 people? Help!

How much oil you will need depends on how many fryers you will use, and how much oil each one requires. You need fryers for the fish and fryers for the fries.

If food is your business, I would recommend that you invest in a copy of Culinary Math to keep as a reference. Otherwise, you might want to get to your public library and borrow it - you will probably have to get it through interlibrary loan service, because it's not likely to be sitting on the shelf.

This book will teach you what you need to know about converting a recipe to feed the masses.

Basically you need to get some serious help here, it sounds like your clueless, do you know how to fry the fish, you are making fry fish and fries, how hard could that be.
