Navy Pier has lots of areas. What's your favorite?

I like Joe's Be-Bop Cafe. The night we went they had a swing band that was really good. They have traditional Southern food--jambalaya and ribs....

Generally speaking, my favorite place to go when I am at Navy Pier is...home. Navy Pier is so crowded and tourist packed it is just not that appealing to me. That being said I enjoyed watching my nephew have fun on the amusement rides and in the children's museum. I took a date on the ferris wheel and the view is very nice from the top. Aside from that the far east end where they sometimes have shows and a beer garden is ok. But if I have to choose a favorite it would be Chicago Public Radio. Not that I need to ever go to the station, but I love to listen to it and they are on Navy Pier.

I just like to walk all the way down to the end and watch the boats go by, except in winter. I like the ferris wheel, also.

I love the little Italien place for a quick, inexpensive and delicious meal. It is just to the left inside the main entrance.

There is a Mexican place on the pier and you sit under tables with umbrellas...they had AWESOME food! My husband and I loved it!

I've only been once but it was when they had venetian boats there. It was really awesom and the fireworks were cool.
