girls....we mature faster most of the time.....boys you are there to make us feel good........haha...im a girl so its gotta be a girl.....sorry

both have advantages and disadvantages.
women
mature faster
more nurturing and caring
tend to let their emotion rule them, this is not good.
men
don't stress over the small stuff(good and bad)
mature later than girls
think with their head instead of their heart
I don't know, depends upon the situation i suppose. it's also hard to sterotype all women and men in two seperate groups. everyone is different and have different personalities.

they complete eachother.so,they are of the same importance to the world.each perform a role that nobody except him or her can do.even in the fields where they compete,u find some boys better than some girls,while other girls are better than other boys in the same field.
