I have dark brownish hair and it's a few inches above my shoulders. I want it to be emo-ish and different. I don't want it to be something that other people have, but I also do not want it to be some CRAZY look that's creepy looking. I would like a website with pictures..can anyone help me out? I am willing to dye it a diff. color as long as it isn't like green or pink or weird like that.

why would you want to show just how much of a sheep you are? "something emo-ish and different" that is the oxymoron. "Emo" has tendancies toward only one style. If you watned emo and different, you are bordering into the goth territory and that's a totaly different set of rules. Why not just be yourself, shake out of the teenage angst you're letting dictate your life and oh, I don't know, have an original thought once. You might actually enjoy being an "outcast" from the outcasts, but wait, wouldn't that make you weird?
There is more to life than highschool and when you gradutate you'll see that EMO doesn't exsist outside of highschool. Brace yourself now.

What does "emo-ish" look like anyway? Can't be any more different than anything that David Bowie or Rick Derringer did 30-odd years ago. What is new about so-called "emo"?

Yay!! I think you're the first guy I've met on here that doesn't have a problem with Emos!! Luv ya! I'm Emo so yeah, but I'm a girl so....that's dif.
So yeah, you're hair. Is your hair wavy or curly or what? If it's curly, then you should die it all black. Like dark dark black. Well you should do that no matter if it's curly or not. LOL

ok well i got an semi emo cut with a lot of chopppy layers and swoopy bangs that cover only a little bit of my eye but what ever suits you

Keep it brownish!! In the front comb it over to the left, just over the eye. Spike the back!!!
