Depends on how fast ur hair grows. Usually 4 to 6 weeks the roots will need redone, do not do the entire head, do only the new growth from the scalp. You will know when to redo by the difference between the natural color and the dyed hair. Follow the directions on ur product package. Remember to keep dye off the previously dyed hair, to avoid color build-up and do new growth at roots only.

If you are talking about going "over" the color you just did because you don't like it, then I would say go see a professional... there are a lot of variables that go into formulating color so that it won't wreck your hair. If you are talking about when to do a "root touchup", anywhere from two weeks to six weeks is normal. The way to figure out your personal timing is to look in the mirror every week on a regular basis and take mental note of when the roots begin to bother you. Then you will know what your own color schedule should be. Hair color is a lot of fun...enjoy!

every 6 to 8 weeks is normal.....it really depends on how fast your hair grows and what color you applied. If you went lighter than your natural you could want to do it after 4-5 weeks. If you went close to your natural you could wait a long time. You will be able to tell when you see it growing out.

dpends what colour youve dyed it and what colour your doing?
Im a hairdresser and we have people use home hair dyes it all goes wrong blach blah blah and we will do it straight away if the condition of hair is good.if not its good to use an intensive treatment for 4-6 weeks then do the regrowth if you like the colour.if not doing it straight away shouldnt hurt if like i said your hair conditon is good but make sure you get it right this time...Hope this helps..

Usually every three months or as needed. I usually colour my hair at home and I have done an oops or two and when that happens you don't really have a choice, but it is hard on your hair.

no hard & fast rules here but i'd leave it about 2 weeks if you're looking to change the colour again coz you didn't like the first one. with todays conditioning colouring systems, it won't harm your hair if you do it earlier.

if you're recolouring after regrowth, probs leave it 3 months before your roots need retouching

i dont think it matters, you can dye it whenever you want to again, but that can also ruin your hair. try doing it afrten 2 months or so.
