Is it really incest a step daughter and step father have sex? they arent irectly related but is it considered incest?

It isnt incest but it is morally wrong, in fact it is so morally wrong that it is considered hot on forums all around the net.

Not sure if it really is leagally wrong but I do know that in families with adopted siblings they cannot have sex as they are legally brother and sister - the laws treat them as belonging to the same blood lines. This adoption law also prohibits adopted children from having a relationship with their step parent. Not sure if it extends to those joint families that do not formally adopt children. Didn't Woody Allen take off with his wife's daughter? There was a HUGE hoo haa but he hooked up with her anyway! If the step daughter is 'of age' and the relationship between her mother and step father is over it shouldn't technically be a problem. Unless of course, as I said before, things change if the girl was legally adopted. Adopted or not though what a massive betrayal to the mother. People cheat on their partners all the time (sad but true) and that is hurtful in itself but for a daughter to do that to her mother that would be the ultimate betrayal to me. If you really talking about yourself here (you being the step daughter) I would think long and hard about what you are doing (or tell whoever you are talking about) and the ramifications of the relationship that would impact on EVERYONE you know! Something like this would break your mothers heart as well as possibly divide a family forever! Then again they say true love conquers all!!!!!!!!!!!

Amazingly it depends on state, only because the two people involved are NOT blood. I presume all parties are over the age of 18.

Regardless of whether it's really incest or not, why would a step father be attracted to his step daughter? He's married to her mother, not her.

It's completely wrong and I would have the step-father reported without a second thought.

No, not incest. When you have the same genes there is a high probability of birth defects, that is point of incest. In this case is just disgusting to betray your own mother, but other than that go **** all you want with our step father.

If the stepdaughter is underage, it doesn't matter if it's incest - it's still highly illegal.

I am not sure, but I don't think incest is exclusive to biological relations. It is still a crime to have sex with your guardian when underage.
